Field Hockey Falls to Transylvania

FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College field hockey team fell 3-0 to Transylvania during their home opener.

Inside the Box Score

Nicole Bennett had seven saves in goal during the first half.
Kenzie Blair recorded four saves during her spell of the second half.

How it Happened

Tori Coleman scored what proved to be the game-winner for Transylvania in the sixth minute.
Lilly Kramer added to the tally in the seventh minute when she found the back of the cage.
The final score of the game came in the 42nd minute after Brianna McCulley slid one past the keeper.


Abi Waldron notched two saves during her nine minutes in goal.
