FREDERICK, Md.--The Hood College volleyball team (1-2) dropped a 3-0 (30-20, 30-15, 30-19) decision to the visiting Frostburg State University Bobcats (4-1) Wednesday in its home debut at Gambrill Gymnasium.

Senior Lindsey Nagy tallied seven kills and four digs while classmate Caroline Woodhams set up 12 Blazer kills in the losing effort. Sophomore Leah Garland played in just one game but contributed three kills, four digs and eight assists.

The Blazers look to get back on the winning track this weekend at the Gettysburg Invitational. Hood takes on Richard Stockton College Friday at 5 p.m. before facing Elizabethtown College at 7 p.m.
