FREDERICK, Md.- The Hood College women's soccer team fell in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth match at Lebanon Valley 4-0.

How it Happened

  • The Dutchmen capitalized on an opportunity early in the fifth minute when Samantha Machin scored off of an assist from Maya Cohen.
  • Lebanon Valley took a 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
  • Just four minutes into the second period Rileigh Jo Evitts put the Dutchmen up 2-0 with a long free kick.
  • Two more goals by Lebanon Valley pushed the lead to 4-0.

Notes

  • The Blazers fall to 8-6-1, 0-5 in the MAC Commonwealth.
  • Lebanon Valley improves to 7-2-3, 3-1 in the league.
  • Alli Bicking was credited with one save and the shutout for the Dutchmen.
  • Hood was outshot 12-6.
