FREDERICK, Md.- The Hood College women's lacrosse team dropped a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth match with the No. 13 Messiah Falcons 18-2.

  • Messiah controlled the first half, taking a 12-0 lead into halftime.
  • The Falcons opened up the second half with a six-goal run to extend their lead.
  • At 8:49, Slater was able to get Hood on the board with a man-up goal on a free position shot.
  • Just a little over two minutes later, Phoubandith found the back of the net for Hood's second goal at the 6:16 mark.
