FREDERICK, Md.--The sophomore trio of Lauren Perzan, Jayme Frost and Brandy Noel all scored for the Hood College women's lacrosse team (0-6, 0-4 CAC) in a 23-3 setback to the York College (Pa.) Spartans (3-3, 1-2 CAC) Tuesday in a Capital Athletic Conference contest at Thomas Athletic Field.

Noel netted her team-leading seventh goal of the season late in the first half off an assist from Jen Graham. Perzan and Frost each registered their second scores of the spring on the afternoon.

Senior Lauren Lieb turned away 11 Spartan shots on the day in the losing cause.

Alison Napolitano had a hand in seven York goals, scoring five and assisting on two others. Kaitlin Davis, Megan Bell and Megan Foy all notched hat tricks while six other Spartans netted scores in the victory.

Hood returns to action Monday hosting Kean University at 3 p.m.
