PHILADELPHIA, Pa.--The Hood College men's 4x400 relay squad of Ola Komolafe, Ryan Jenkins, Tomilayo Komolafe and Mike Cahill broke the school record with a clocking of 3:28.68, placing third in its heat Friday at the 2008 Penn Relays.

The Blazer foursome, racing against some of the elite collegiate programs across the country, placed 67th overall out of 75 teams in the event in its first ever trip to the Penn Relays. The St. Augustine squad bested the field in a time of 3:04.64 followed closely by Florida's contingent in 3:04.95.
