Men's Track & Field Lowers More Records at West Chester Invitational

WEST CHESTER, Pa.--In a final tune-up before next week's Capital Athletic Conference Championships, the Hood College men's track and field teams set seven school records at the West Chester University (Pa.) Collegiate Invitational Saturday.
The marks were set by Ola Komolafe (200 meters, 23.04 and 400 meters, 51.81), Blair Ames (sixth in the 800, 1:59.29), William Andrews (third in the steeplechase, 10:23.39), Matt Haynes (hammer, 119' 7 1/4"), Justin Everett (triple jump, 41' 1 3/4") and Mattia Mabellini (eighth in the 110 meter hurdles, 19.74).
Also scoring for Hood were Brendan Greenlees (fourth in 10,000 meters, 37:22.37, just one tenth of a second off William Andrews' school record) and Nick Manning (sixth in 10,000 meters, 39:39.84).
Hood next travels to York College (Pa.) for the CAC championships Saturday.
