Lincoln Edges Hood in Men's Tennis, 5-4

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa.--The Hood College men's tennis team dropped a narrow 5-4 decision to Lincoln University (Pa.) Monday afternoon in nonconference action.
Abou Camara and Garrett Loomer earned singles victories at the No. 2 and No. 4 spots, respectively. Camara knocked off Elwood Smith, 6-1, 6-3, while Loomer defeated Alfayo Michira, 6-1, 2-6, 6-1.
The first doubles tandem of Mike Hardman and Camara downed Adedotun Osho and Simon, 8-4, while Loomer teamed with Kenny Smith to upend Donnell Bolds and Stephen Sangster, 8-2, at second doubles.
The Blazers return home Tuesday to host the University of Mary Washington in a Capital Athletic Conference match at 4 p.m. at the Baker Park Tennis Courts.
