HILTON HEAD, S.C.--The Hood men's tennis team closed out its Spring Break trip to Hilton Head with a 9-0 shutout loss to Missouri Valley College Friday afternoon.

The Blazers (1-3) dropped all three doubles matches by 8-0 scores and were blanked 6-0, 6-0 at three singles flights.

Freshman Colin Reitman and senior Greg Schinner both fell 6-1, 6-1 in singles play.

Hood returns to action March 28 when it hosts Lincoln at 3 p.m. The Blazers posted an 8-1 win over the Lions in the season opener for both squads March 8.
