2006-07: Finished second at the CAC Championships for the 1650 Free (17:02.00), setting a school record… Also broke school records for the 500 Free (5:54.25), 200 Free (1:52.20), and 100 Back (56.45)… Member of two record-setting relay teams: the 200 Free Relay (1:34.65) and the 800 Free Relay (7:43.25)…Named Co-CAC Men’s Swimming Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 28… A two-time winner for the 100 Back and 200 IM… Also won the 1000 Free, 200 Free, 200 Back, and 200 Fly over the course of the season.

2005-06: Tied for top scoring honors (48 points) with teammate Jimmy Shea and VMI’s Stuart Kraft) at the Randolph-Macon Invitational … Won the 100 backstroke (school-record 57.66), the 200 backstroke (school-record 2:05.80) and the 1,650 freestyle (17:54.80) and was a member of three winning and school-record setting relay teams – the 200 medley (1:45.56), the 400 medley (3:57.35) and the 800 freestyle (7:53.77) … Set a school record of 1:51.61 over 200 yards in the leadoff split of the 800 freestyle relay at the Grove City Invitational … Also set school marks in the 500 freestyle (4:56.10), the 1,000 freestyle (10:16.89) and the 1,650 freestyle (17:08.74) at Grove City … Won three individual events – the 200 freestyle (school-record 1:53.31), the 200 butterfly (school-record 2:18.03) and the 200 backstroke (2:09.80) – and was a member of winning 200 medley relay (1:50.66) and 200 freestyle relay (1:49.71) teams against Wells … Won three events versus McDaniel, St. Mary’s/Gallaudet, Frostburg State, Bethany (W.Va.) and Penn State Altoona.

2004-05: Top male point-getter at the Randolph Macon Invitational, where he set four school records and won three events … Captured the 100-yard backstroke (59.43), the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.98) and the 1,650-yard freestyle (17:54.20) … His 1,000-yard split was a school-record 10:54.83 ... Set school records in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.28), the 200-yard individual medley (2:16.35) and the 200-yard medley relay (2:03.60) against McDaniel … Set a school records in the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.94), the 500-yard freestyle (5:12.46) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.86) versus Goucher.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead Walkersville High School to its best record in 20 years in 2003-04 … As a junior, he was named All-County Second Team by The Frederick News-Post and made First Team All-County his senior year … Was a Maryland Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete his junior and senior years … Was on the honor roll for three semesters … Has been swimming competitively on club and high school teams for the past ten years … Is a member of the Frederick Area Swim Team U.S. swimming club.
