FREDERICKSBURG, Va.-- The Hood College men's swim team traveled to the University of Mary Washington Friday for its final dual meet of the season.

Matt Haynes placed second in the 100 free (50.16) and third in the 100 breast (1:08.98).

Chris Nemecek was fourth in the 200 free (1:59.16) and third in the 100 fly (56.15).

Kyle Atras finished fourth in the 50 free (29.33) and the 100 free (1:05.23).

AJ Smith placed fourth in the 100 breast (1:25.97) and fifth in the 50 free (30.17) and the 100 free (1:11.21).

Thomas Williams took sixth in the 50 free (31.92) and fifth in the 100 breast (1:29.33).

Chris Moreland was fifth in the 200 IM (2:12.76) and third in the 500 free (5:30.66).

Hood is idle until Feb. 13-15 when it travels to St. Mary's College (Md.) for the CAC Championships.
