OWINGS MILLS, Md.--The Hood College men's lacrosse team ended its 2007 campaign at Capital Athletic Conference foe Villa Julie College Saturday, falling 27-1 to the Mustangs.

Hood (0-15, 0-8 CAC) scored its lone goal of the contest midway through the third quarter when Sofiane Lazar netted his 11th goal of the season off a feed from Blake Rust.

Sam Hofmann turned away 19 shots for the Blazers.

Vills Julie was led by Kevin Donnelly's eight goals.
