Golfers Take 17th at Franklin & Marshall

LITITZ, Pa.--Junior Aaron Prescott shot an 11-over 82 and was the top finisher amongst the Hood College golfers, who traveled to the Bent Creek Country Club for the Bent Creek Invitational hosted by Franklin & Marshall College Monday.

Prescott finished in a tie for 21st out of 94 golfers at the 19-team invitational. Fellow juniors Andy Alger and Evan Chaney carded an 86 and 87, respectively. Sophomore Tyler Fairley (105) and freshman Connor McKenna (119) comprised the remainder of the Hood squad at this tournament as the Blazers wrapped up their fall slate.

Albright's Erik Thorn fired a two-under 69 to take home medalist honors. Messiah College outshot the host Diplomats by 16 strokes with a combined score of 303 for top honors in the team competition. Hood placed 17th with a team total of 360.




Men's Golf
