Golfers Compete in Messiah Invitational

GRANTHAM, Pa.--Three members of the men's golf team traveled to Messiah College for a 19-team invitational Tuesday afternoon.

Evan Chaney was Hood's top finisher, carding a 13-over 85, 12 strokes off the pace set by Franklin & Marshall's Cameron Warner. Andy Alger finished with a score of 94 while J'Air Brady tallied a 128 in his first golf comeptition for the Blazers.

Hood will next travel to Piney Branch Golf Club in Hampstead, Md., for the 2009 Capital Athletic Conference championships Saturday and Sunday.
