FREDERICK, Md.--Hood College fans now have five interactive ways to stay in touch with the latest Blazers news.
The most comprehensive tool for all your Blazers news remains the official website of the Blazers, www.hoodathletics.com. The website includes rosters, schedules, statistics, game recaps, student-athlete and coaching staff bios, historical information, photo galleries, video highlights and more.
New features for the 2011-12 season allow fans to follow the Blazers on Facebook and Twitter in addition to receiving free customizable email and text alerts.
To follow the Blazers on Facebook, simply go to www.facebook.com/hoodcollegeathletics and click the "Like" button.
To track the Blazers on Twitter, simply follow "HoodBlazers" from your Twitter account.
Blazer fans may also receive free email and text updates for all Hood sports, or tailor the updates they receive specifically for their favorite teams. To sign up for free email and/or text alerts, including the weekly athletics update, simply click here. Please note that prospective student-athletes may not sign up for the text alerts, due to NCAA regulations (please see the disclaimer in the previous link).
