FREDERICK, Md.--The Second Annual Reception and Silent Auction to honor the Hood College Equestrian Team and Club will be held Saturday, December 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Whitaker Commons on Hood's campus.

Proceeds from this event will directly benefit the Hood College equestrian club. By unanimous vote, the team members decided that a portion of this year's proceeds will be donated to Pheasant Hill Equine Foundation to assist in the maintenance of rescued horses.
