FREDERICK, Md.--A member of Hood's club equestrian team recently qualified for the 2005/2006 Regional Competition in Intermediate Equitation over Fences Division.

Jenna Starr, a senior majoring in education, will represent the Blazers at the Region 1 competition Sunday, Mar. 26 at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va.

Hood's equestrian team has three more Hunt Seat competitions and two Western Shows before the regional.
