Hood breaks into NCAA Regional Baseball Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS - The Hood College baseball team is ranked 12th in the latest NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Rankings. 

It is the first time in the four years of baseball at Hood that the program has been ranked. 

Hood is 32-11 on the season and 27-11 against Division III opposition. 

The Mid-Atlantic Region is comprised of 59 baseball programs from the Centennial Conference, Colonial States Athletic Conference, Landmark Conference, Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth, MAC Freedom and New Jersey Athletic Conference. Several members of the Capital Athletic Conference and North Eastern Athletic Conference, as well as two independent programs, are also classified in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
