Outdoor and indoor pools are available to rent for organized parties, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions. Renters pay an hourly rental fee and must make arrangements with Hood Aquatics management at least one week in advance so staffing can be arranged. A nonrefundable $50 deposit is due upon scheduling the party.

Hood Aquatics provides tables and chairs for your convenience. The rental fee includes the use of the pool of your choice and the the party area for the entire contracted time. You may use both the pool and party areas simultaneously. Hood Aquatics will provide the necessary lifeguards.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks to the facility for your party. The outdoor pool has a refrigerator/freezer to keep cake, ice cream and other items that need refrigeration. Please do not bring any glass into the facility. You may also bring pool toys such as rings, noodles and soft balls. We ask that you do not bring kickboards, boogie boards or large inner tubes.
 

Indoor Pool

• $85 per hour

• Private parties only

• Numbers limited to 50 swimmers

• Tables and chairs will be set up in the lobby/party room 

Numbers for Indoor pool parties include everyone in the pool and on the pool deck.

       Rental Hours:

• Saturday: 12 noon - 2 p.m., 3-5 p.m., 6-8 p.m. 

• Sunday: 12 noon - 2 p.m., 3-5 p.m., 6-8 p.m.

Parties of more than two hours are available upon request.

Bubble/Outdoor Pool

• Tables and chairs will be set up on the pool deck by the shallow end of the pool.

• The number of people for the Bubble/Outdoor pool includes EVERYONE who stays at the facility during the party, even if they do not swim. 

• Parties of more than two hours are available upon request.

You have two options when renting the Bubble pool:

A Shared Pool Party - Renting the pool during pool hours and sharing the pool with the members and general public. When renting the pool during hours the number of people is limited to 30 people.

• $35 per hour (6-10 people)

• $52 per hour (11-15 people)

• $70 per hour (16-30 people)

The number of people for the Bubble pool includes EVERYONE who stays at the facility during the party, even if they do not swim. 

       Shared Rental Hours:

• Saturday:  2-4 p.m.

• Sunday:  2-4 p.m.

A Private Pool Party - Renting the pool outside of pool hours when the pool would normally be closed. The number of people allowed in the facility for a private party is limited to two-hundred (200). 

• $115 per hour (1-50 people)

• $170 per hour (51-100 people) 

• $230 per hour (101-200 people)

The number of people for the Bubble pool includes EVERYONE who stays at the facility during the party, even if they do not swim.

       Private Rental Hours:

• Friday: 8:30-10:30 p.m.

• Saturday: 5:30-7:30 p.m., 8:30-10:30 p.m.

• Sunday: 5:30-7:30 p.m., 8:30-10:30 p.m.
