Summer Lessons

Pre-Registration begins on Monday, April 12th at 9:00 a.m.
  • Pre-registration is in-person only at the Hood Aquatics Office.
  • This week is only for people who have taken lessons at Hood during one or more of these sessions: Summer 2009, Fall 2009, Winter 2010, Spring 2010.
Open Registration begins on Monday, April 19th at 9:00 a.m. 
  • Open registration is available to everyone.
  • Registration will be available both online and in person at this time.

Summer Sessions (2 weeks each, 5 times/week)

            Session 1: Monday, June 14 - Friday, June 25 

            Session 2: Monday, June 28 - Friday, July 9

            Session 3: Monday, July 12 - Friday, July 23

            Session 4: Monday, August 26 - Friday, August 6

 Our summer sessions run for 2 weeks each. We offer 4 sessions throughout the summer. Classes run Monday through Friday for each two-week session and classes are 30 minutes in length. For the summer sessions there is an extra class built in (you have paid for nine lessons). If no classes are cancelled you get a free 10th lesson. There are no make-up days.  If more than one class is cancelled you will get a refund for the missed class.

  If classes are cancelled for any reason you will receive an email from Hood Aquatics.  If you do not have email, you may call our office at (301) 696-3484 for cancellation information.  Please check your email each day before you come to class in case we have any last minute cancellations.

 There are no refunds for swimming lessons. Exceptions may be requested and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  

Prices for Lessons:
Members: $63
Non-members: $80

Class times are the same for all four sessions.
